Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid.
Maximum size of the detail (height, width, lenght):
- 1,90m x 1,60m x 3,70m
- 2,50m x 0,70m x 6,30m
Powder coating has many advantages over traditional wet painting:
- Excellent quality finish and it is possible to achieve a thicker layer of coat;
- Excellent resistance against corrosion and any other chemical washing;
- Significantly wider operating temperature range from -60 up to 140 degrees Celsius;
- Excellent mechanical properties against impacts, tensile forces and friction.
