BLASTING
Sandblasting is a fine abrasive flow that is directed to the surface to be treated, where the abrasive is fed with the help of compressed air.
It perfectly cleans the surface of the part from old paint, corrosion and other components, preparing it for further processing.
Permissible dimensions of parts:
Large blast chamber:
3.00 x 4.00 x 7.00 (m) – abrasive fine split steel shot.
Small blast chamber:
1.00 x 0.80 x 1,60(m) – for abrasive processing of finer parts.
Parts that are sandblasted are pre-treated, thus avoiding their deformation or other damage, as, for example, aluminum bicycle parts are blasted only with low pressure.
Thus, allowing to qualitatively clean even the thinnest details.
We also offer cleaning with finer abrasives for parts that do not need to be exposed to a large surface load or that only need to be cleaned.
